HOW TO ORDER
Order flowers on LINE in four steps

Choose your arrangement and budget
Choose a bouquet, basket, vase or box, tell us the occasion and colours you like, and send your references on LINE.

Tell us when and where
Tell us the collection or delivery date and location so we can check flower availability and estimate delivery charges.
- 03
Confirm the design, price and payment
Issaree will suggest a design based on available flowers and confirm the price and delivery charge before you pay through an agreed payment method.
- 04
Receive your flowers as arranged
Collect your flowers or receive delivery as confirmed. We send a photo before dispatch and a delivery photo if the recipient permits it.

Ordering and delivery questions
Helpful details for choosing flowers and preparing your order.
How far ahead should I order?
For fresh flowers, ordering 3–7 days ahead gives us more colour options. For artificial flowers, please allow at least 5–10 days. If you need flowers sooner, contact us to check availability.
Can you recreate a reference photo exactly?
Reference photos guide the shape and colours, but an exact copy is not possible. Every arrangement is designed individually with the flowers available at the time.
What information do you need for an order?
Tell us the arrangement type, occasion, colours, budget, date and collection or delivery location. After confirmation and payment, provide the recipient's name, phone number and full delivery address. We can write your message on a 6 × 6 cm card.
How can I pay?
We accept bank transfers, payment at the shop and credit cards through Stripe. Confirm the total, including delivery, and the payment method with us before paying.
How much is delivery, and can I collect?
Share the location and requested delivery time for a delivery quote before confirming. You can also collect from 159 Laksana Place, Din Daeng, Bangkok, at an agreed time.
Can I use your delivery service or arrange my own courier?
Delivery arranged by the shop includes a guarantee against damage in transit. If you arrange a courier such as Grab, LINE MAN or Lalamove, we do not provide a box or guarantee transit damage. Please discuss the options with us first.
